Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pocket VPN mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by AL NAHR AL ABYADH TECH.CONT ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Pocket VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) that encrypts your device's internet traffic and routes it through our servers to help protect your privacy and secure your connection. Features, server locations, and availability may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account or a guest session. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, Billing & Auto-Renewal
- The Service offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through your Apple App Store account. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription at the stated price.
- Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we do not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.
5. Advertising
Free or trial tiers of the Service may display advertising, including ads served by Google AdMob. Subscribing to a paid plan may remove ads as described in the app. Advertising and analytics partners may process limited device/ad-identifier data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
a) violate any law or regulation
b) infringe others' rights or distribute malware
c) send spam or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
d) transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
e) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our consent
f) circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. Please review it.
8. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties, including Apple, Google (AdMob, Firebase), and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MAKE YOU FULLY ANONYMOUS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AL NAHR AL ABYADH TECH.CONT WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT
EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AL NAHR AL ABYADH TECH.CONT from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 8–12, 14) will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.
Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
