This Privacy Policy explains how AL NAHR AL ABYADH TECH.CONT ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Pocket VPN mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. If you create an account or sign in, we may collect a username, email address, and password. You may also use the app as a guest, in which case we create an anonymous session identifier instead of an account.
Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card, bank account, or billing details. We receive only the transaction/entitlement information needed to unlock your subscription.
Device and usage information. We collect limited technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language/region, a device or installation identifier, approximate bandwidth/usage metrics, and diagnostic or crash data, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
VPN connection data. The Service routes your internet traffic through our servers to protect your connection. We do not log the websites you visit, your DNS queries, your traffic destinations, or the contents of your traffic, and we do not maintain records that associate your identity with your browsing activity through the VPN.
Advertising identifiers. On free or ad-supported tiers, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) and analytics partner (Google Firebase) may process device and advertising identifiers as described in Section 4.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- authenticate accounts and manage guest sessions;
- deliver and measure advertising on ad-supported tiers;
- understand app performance, diagnose crashes, and analyze usage trends;
- process and validate subscriptions via Apple; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Advertising
On free/ad-supported tiers, we display ads via Google AdMob and use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config). These services may collect device information and advertising identifiers.
- Consent (EEA/UK): Where required, we present a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before serving personalized ads, and serve non-personalized ads where consent is not granted.
- App Tracking Transparency (iOS): We request your permission via Apple's ATT prompt before any tracking that uses the device advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, advertising is non-personalized.
- You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf — including Google (Firebase, AdMob) and Apple (App Store, subscriptions) — under their respective terms;
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public; and
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, are subject to this Policy.
5. Tracking Technologies
The Service and its third-party SDKs may use identifiers and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure ads, and analyze usage. Your choices are described in Section 3.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Diagnostic and aggregate analytics data may be retained in de-identified form.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including by our service providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Your Rights
EEA/UK (GDPR). Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent for advertising at any time.
California (CCPA/CPRA). Subject to applicable law, California residents may request to know, access, or delete personal information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us, and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
